This strategic infrastructure project is divided into two execution stages:Stage 1: January 1, 2026 - November 30, 2026, valued at ₽45,729,112.94
Stage 2: January 1, 2027 - November 30, 2027, valued at ₽123,409,692.94
The project includes a performance security of ₽16,913,880.59, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations. The reconstruction works cover water supply networks across Gudermes city and surrounding urban settlements, aiming to improve reliability, efficiency, and quality of water delivery to residents.
The procurement was conducted via an electronic auction in accordance with Federal Law No. 44-FZ, providing transparency and competitive selection for the contractor. Treasury support is required to guarantee financial execution under the Republican budget framework.
