1.1. The Supplier undertakes to transfer to the Customer the goods, name, quantity, total and unit cost, quality characteristics, which are established in the Specifications (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract)...
The Supplier undertakes to transfer to the Customer the goods, name, quantity, total and individual cost, quality characteristics, which are established in the Specifications (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract) (hereinafter referred to as the Product), as well as delivery, and the Customer undertakes to accept the Product of proper quality and pay for it in the manner and on the terms stipulated by the Contract.
Delivery of Goods is carried out by the Supplier in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements of other regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for supplying this type of Product, establishing quality requirements for this type of Product, in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
Product supplied must meet the requirements for quality and safety of goods in accordance with current standards approved for this type of Product, which must be confirmed by relevant documents drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
