As part of its application, the participant must submit a signed agreement in the editorial board of the Customer, as well as documents confirming the legal capacity and participant's qualifications (see the attached files). The proposal must be issued according to the attached procurement documentation. The application without confirming the price proposition to these documents is not allowed for consideration.
Validity of the offer of at least 60 days.
The term of concluding a contract: no later than 20 working days, since the approval of the Protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for holding the request for proposals, as well as the instructions for the preparation of the offer are specified in the procurement documentation.
