  Comments: - 1) Additionally, you need to issue a commercial proposal on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attach it to the uploaded documentation.
  2) The commercial proposal must indicate:
  - quantity (tonnage) of the offered goods and materials. In case of a deviation from the purchase weight, the proposed tonnage should deviate in the greater direction by only 10% of the tonnage in the notification. Otherwise, the weight of goods and materials should be reduced.
  - the cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging (Packing should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96);
  - units of measurements in the commercial proposal must correspond to the requested ones;
  - attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer);
  delivery time to the buyer's warehouse;
  - warranty conditions;
  - agreement with the contract.
  3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience.
