Lot Name: - Analysis and the formation of a report on the task of the Customer (one-time).
Maintenance and support for server software if the customer has through remote access. Payment for 1 operating version of the Boatwatch server per month. The cost is not charged when paying according to claim 7.1.
Hourly payment for performed services for the development (refinement, modernization) software according to coordinated with the executor, setting tasks from the Customer.
Subscription service: - Support and update software; - Support for server part and custom part; - information and consulting services in the form of a desword service with answers to questions; - refinement of software within technical queries from customer specialists; - providing GSM traffic; - Providing SIM cards for the entire period of the contract and the organization of data transfer from subscriber terminals to the telematics server. Payment per unit of fleet per month.
Hourly payment for the implementation of services that are not included in the list, but necessary for the repair of the UKRA.
