Description:
1.1. The Customer instructs, and the Contractor assumes obligations to protect the Customer's facilities and territory, prevent unjustified encroachments, ensure the integrity of property owned by the Customer by right of ownership, use, lease, located at the address: Orenburgskaya region, Mednogorsk, st. Motornaya, 1A, (hereinafter referred to as the Object), including: - objects listed in the list attached to the contract (Appendix 1) in the manner specified in Appendix 2 to the contract and on the terms provided for in this contract; - the territory specified in Appendix 3 to this agreement, including ensuring proper order in the entrusted territory; - property, c. incl. inventory items, equipment, vehicles located in the protected area and the Customer's facilities; - provision of access and intra-facility mode; - in case of occurrence emergency circumstances (natural disasters, fire, accidents, etc.) creating a threat to the objects of this agreement, immediately take measures aimed at minimizing damage to property; - protection of life and health of the Customer's personnel, as well as other persons lawfully located in protected areas territories; 1.2. Conditions for ensuring the protection of inventory, cash, securities, life and health of the Customer's personnel, outside the facility, c. incl. - during transport, the Parties stipulate in additional agreements
