Comments: - 1. This request for a commercial proposal is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the ongoing tender) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
