Comments :-1. The trading procedure is carried out in one stage, in which rebidding is not planned and will not be carried out, therefore we ask participants to place an application with the maximum possible discounts andIs it possible to go down in price, focusing on the price rank and bet on a price reduction.
2. Offers are accepted both for a new cable and for the provision of cable reconstruction services (purchase and sale).
3. This volume is indicated for the 1st quarter of 2024, according to the current application from the initiator with a uniformmonthly rate, with a permissible deviation in volume / - 30%
4. In case of changes in prices for products, the Supplier is obliged to send a notice to the Buyer no later than 30 calendar days in advance.
5. Certificate of conformity, quality certificate, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required.
6.Buyer's contract form.
7. It is mandatory to have a letter from the manufacturer to represent its interests in tenders.
8. This request for proposals is not an auction or public competition within the meaning of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the competitionursa are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the conditions of the competition.
