The monitoring procedure is carried out for the purpose of forming/updating technical specifications, analyzing the price range, as well as searching for new potential Suppliers.
Based on the results of the monitoringbidding, the terms of reference can be generated/updated and a competition can be announced to select a Supplier/Contractor/Executor.
Monitoring participants will be included in the pool of potential Participants in the procurement procedure.
Monitoring is not a procurement procedure and does not entail the obligation to conclude an agreementra. It is not an offer.
