Please carefully read the list of changes and attached documents and update your commercial offer, bringing it into compliance with the amendments. 2 to the technical specifications (see CP form with amendment 2 in the tender documentation package): by LOT No. 1 “Performance of construction, installation and commissioning work for the construction of a Steam boiler house with auxiliary equipment and a chemical water treatment plant” - see change No. 2 dated November 12, 2025 No. AP-VF.114/AP-VF.114-17/0264-2025 to the technical specifications AP-VF.114/AP-VF.114-17/0178-2025 dated 08/19/2025 (replacement of appendices No. 1 and appendix No. 6 (version dated 11/14/2025) to the technical specifications): 1. The scope of work for the general construction part has been clarified. 2. The lists for the purchase of fittings in the TM sections have been adjusted. 3. Added clarification on number of passports, certification, declaration, and industrial safety examination of installed equipment and pipelines are excluded from the scope of work. 4.
