Description:
1. The Supplier undertakes, in the manner and within the time limits established by the Agreement, to transfer ownership to the Buyer in separate lots in a total quantity of no more than 18,000 tons of Euro diesel fuel, winter, class 2 environmental class K 5 (DT-Z-K5) (hereinafter referred to as the Goods), and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay the Contract Price. 2. The name, assortment and quantity of the Goods (lots of Goods), as well as the timing and place of its delivery, are indicated in the Buyer's application sent to the Seller in the manner and within the time limits established by the Agreement. The quantity of the Goods specified in clause 1. is approximate and may adjusted during the delivery process, depending on the capacity of tank trucks involved in the transportation of fuel. 3. The supply of Goods under the Agreement is carried out to meet the needs of the generation facility of the branch of PJSC Kamchatskenergo Utility Energy: - boiler house No. 4, located on st. Toporkova in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky 4. General delivery time for the Goods: beginning - from the date of signing of this agreement by the Parties; ending - by 31.12.2025.
