The present preliminary qualification selection is the first stage of the choice of equipment suppliers of the GOK under construction.
The purpose of the first stage is the evaluation and selection of technical solutions, the equipment for the GOK under construction is high, as well as counterparties on the criteria of sustainability, reliability, business reputation.
Participants of the procedure need to submit technical and commercial proposals for the supply of equipment containing information about the conditions of delivery (price, timeline). The organizer of the procedure will fulfill a feasibility assessment of the effectiveness of proposals following the results of which will approve the choice of technical solutions, equipment for their inclusion in the project, technical documentation. The result of this stage will be the choice of the type of equipment and the definition of the list of counterparties for the supply of equipment.
