Comments: - 1. In case of violation by the provider of delivery time on several applications, the current contract will be terminated, while the supplier will be included in the stop list for all subsequent tenders of Global-Fleet LLC.
2. Mandatory requirements for applicants for delivery:
- availability in the Kaliningrad region of storage facilities (incl. ref. Camera), in case of an unforeseen change in the schedule of the fleet, and the impossibility of timely acceptance of food on board the vessel; - The possibility of delivery of goods on board the vessel in 24/7 during the sentence of the supply contract.
