- In order to determine the key procurement parameters, we ask you to send a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as TCP) for the provision of a certificate of technical support for software, a certificate of technical support for Arenadata Prosperity DBMS software, including the possibility of increasing the level of edition to Advanced, as well as fill out the Service Price Calculation template (Appendix 2 to the TCH request), send in pdf and xlsx format. The TCP must indicate the validity period of the offer. The terms of reference can be found in the attachment to the letter.
