No digital signature is required.
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve its price proposal until the end of submission of applications.
Affiliates cannot simultaneously participate in the procurement procedurey (connected) persons.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the exclusion of all affiliated participants from participation in the procurement procedure.
