Description:- Provision of cleaning services for office premises of the SSC at the address: Tambov region, Tambov, st. Studenetskaya Embankment, building 20B
Comments :-1. This request for a commercial proposal has been sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the proceduress request for commercial proposals, which (like the ongoing tender) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The commercial proposal must be fully consistentcomply with the requirements/criteria set out in the Terms of Reference.
3. Without providing all the documents specified in the Request (or if they are unacceptable), the organization will not be allowed to participate in the tender.
4. Algorithm of actions in case of reasonable doubts about the fairness of the tender:
