• Description:
• Description: - Provision of services for loading / unloading state enterprises at the warehouse of JSC NMZhK
  Comments: - 1) I ask you to send an extended commercial proposal for the provision of a range of services for loading / unloading GPs at the mayonnaise warehouse of NMGK JSC in accordance with the TOR.
  
  2) Mandatory familiarization with the procurement documentation:
  - TK
  - the approved list of documents for submission (excluding clauses 14,18,19,20)
  - counterparty's questionnaire required to fill out
  - special conditions to the contract for the performance of design work when the contractor is at the OSN
  - consent form for submission to the NGO at the place of registration
  - information letter of the Federal Tax Service
  
  3) Mandatory conditions:
  - Inspection of the place of rendering services
  - Commercial offer reflecting the cost of rendering services per ton of GP, data on the volume will be presented upon visit of the facility
  - Reference list for the provision of similar services for the period 2019-2021, reflecting customer organizations
  - compliance with the requirements of the TOR in terms of representation and reflection of personnel
  - a set of documents according to the approved list, excluding clauses 14,18,19,20
