Comments: - 1. The procurement organizer reserves the right to not consider the applications of the participants who later received the deadline for completing the procedure, as well as not corresponding to the requirements of procurement documentation in form and composition.
2. According to the results of the procurement procedure, the winner will be proposed to conclude an agreement on the conditions on which a procurement participant was recognized as the winner (in accordance with the draft Customer's Treaty, which is part of the procurement documentation, and the Protocol of Possible Differences of the Contractor). 3. The contract is concluded on behalf of the Customer specified in this notice.
4. In case of disagreements in the form and maintenance of the contract, or delay in the signing of the Treaty by the winner, and, as a result, the lack of a signed agreement by the winner of the procedure within 10 working days from the date of notification from the procurement organizer on the recognition of its winner, the organizer Procurement has the right to revise the results of the procurement procedure.
