2. Provision of access to the public telephone network using ISDN E1 PRI technology, 30 channels in each stream. (24 MSC)
3. Provision of local, intercity and international telephone communication services at tariffs: Moscow (tcharging for calls to fixed numbers within Moscow is not carried out) (70,000 MIN)
