Comments: - The purpose of the competition is to obtain final proposals with the minimum possible cost. The decision on the selection of the winner is made taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer and the possible recommendations of the Security Department for the participants.
1. The required conditions for the quality of the goods - in accordance with the specified characteristics (see purchasing documentation;
2. Consideration of analogs - Analogues are considered with the characteristics not worse than the stated. In the case of analog proposal, the product drawing number is indicated, the material brand and the competition is applied to the drawing for the coordination procedure;
3. Requirements to the form of a contract - in the form of the buyer;
4. Formation of the price of goods - the cost of containers and transportation costs are included in the price of goods;
5. Acceptance of products to the warehouse - acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the input control in the warehouse of the buyer.
