  The order of processing Participants' requests:
  17.1. Requests sent to the e-mail of the responsible persons specified in clause 16 no later than 1 working day before the deadline for submitting offers, and made in writing (on letterhead, signed and stamped by the head of the enterprise) are accepted for consideration. The Participant will be notified of the results of processing the request received on time by e-mail within 1 (one) business day. 17.2. Requests received after the specified deadline or not properly completed may be left unanswered. 18. The procedure for concluding the Agreement: 18.1 The Trading Member is obliged to sign the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of its receipt.
