Comments :- PJSC "Vysochaishy" uses electronic document management (EDF) with its partners and clientstami in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru) of the SKB Kontur company.
Please note that, other things being equal, preference may be given to a participant in the request for proposals who:
1.Uses an electronic document management system (STANDARD Agreement on EDO) or ready, within 3 calendar daysx days, after being informed by the organizer of the procedure about being recognized as the winner in the request for proposals, connect to the EDI system.
2. Ready within 3 calendar days, after being informed by the organizer of the procedure about being recognized as the winner in the request for proposals, read and send to the address of thethe initiator's completed Standard Agreement of PJSC "Vysochaishy", without a protocol of disagreements, which is attached to the documentation of the request for proposals.
3. Ready within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for purposes of making payments under the agreementy, in relation to the conclusion of which a request for proposals was carried out"
