- Services for organizing free one-time hot meals for students receiving basic general and secondary general education in municipal educational institutions on a full-time basis, one of whose parents (legal representatives) is: a citizen called up for military service upon mobilization in the RF Armed Forces; a citizen who has entered into a contract for voluntary assistance in carrying out tasks assigned to the RF Armed Forces, subject to his participation in the SVO in the specified territories and (or) his fulfillment of tasks for repelling an armed invasion of the territory of the Russian Federation, during an armed provocation on the State Border of the Russian Federation and the border territories of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation adjacent to the areas where the military action is carried out in these territories; a citizen who entered into a contract (who had other legal relations) with an organization that promotes the implementation of tasks assigned to the RF Armed Forces, subject to their participation in the SVO in the specified territories; a family member of a person who died or was injured (wounded, traumatized, concussed) or suffered an illness while on duty duties of military service (official duties) during military training
