Description :- Supply of lighting equipment for the needs of the Perm Branch of PJSC T Plus (244/24)
Comments :-1. Place of summing up: 614990, Russia, Perm region, Perm, Komsomolsky pr., 48.
2. Offers are subject to a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contractthief (including taxes).
If the initial (maximum) price of the contract does not exceed five million rubles, the requirement to secure an application for participation in the procurement is not established.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to carry out price regulation procedures.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will beran the participant who offered in the aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The agreement based on the results of the request for proposals, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 20 (twenty) days, but not earlier than ten calendar days from the date of placementprotocol on the results of the procurement in a unified information system.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals established in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification of all participants.
