• Description:
• General Procurement Notice for Urban infrastructure and Ecological Improvement to Increase the Attractiveness of Historic Settlement for Visitors and Local Population . The component is aimed at increasing tourism attractiveness of the historic settlements through implementation of small municipal infrastructure subprojects in the towns of Galich (Kostroma Oblast) and Kineshma (Ivanovo Oblast). Selection of Consultants (Designers, Construction Supervision) and General Contractors will be carried out to ensure execution of landscape enhancement; improvement of the water ecosystem in rivers; construction of pedestrian routes; architectural lighting of buildings/facilities; installation of tourist navigation system; rehabilitation of cultural heritage sites and establishment (construction/reconstruction/restoration) of infrastructure facilities, including parking lots, pedestrian zones, quays and bridges.
